Terms of Service

Last updated June 26, 2026. Medicine Tracker is operated by GNLE Lab LLC, a Georgia limited liability company.

The short version. Medicine Tracker is a personal medication-tracking tool. It records the doses you log and warns you about limits you configure. It is not medical advice and does not check drug interactions. You must be 18 or older and a United States resident to use it. Do not share your account, and do not use the app to break the law. The app only enforces what you enter. If anything in Medicine Tracker (a reminder, a dose-safety warning, a limit) conflicts with your prescription label or your healthcare provider's instructions, follow your prescription label and your healthcare provider, not the app.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and GNLE Lab LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"), governing your use of the Medicine Tracker mobile app and our application programming interface ("API") (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, installing the app, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

Medicine Tracker is a personal medication-tracking tool. It lets you create a family group, add family members, configure the medicines each person takes, optionally set limits (a minimum number of hours between doses and a maximum number of doses per twenty-four hours), and log each dose as you give it. The Service displays your intake history and warns you when a new dose would exceed the limits you configured. The Service may also let you schedule recurring regimens, share a family group with caregivers you invite, and receive reminders.

3. Medical disclaimer: not medical advice

Medicine Tracker is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Medicine Tracker is a personal medication-tracking tool. It records the doses you log, displays your intake history, and warns you when a new dose would exceed limits you have configured. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Dose-safety calculations are based on the limits you enter. When you configure a medicine, you can optionally set a minimum number of hours between doses and a maximum number of doses per twenty-four hours. The app's dose-safety indicator reflects whether logging another dose right now would stay within those limits. The app does not evaluate whether those limits are appropriate for you, whether the medicine is safe to take in your circumstances, or whether your dosing schedule matches the manufacturer's recommendations or your prescriber's instructions.

Medicine Tracker does not check drug interactions, contraindications, allergies, or medical history. It has no database of pharmacological information. It does not warn you about combinations of medicines, conditions in which a medicine should be avoided, or any other clinical concern. You and your healthcare provider are solely responsible for evaluating whether each medicine is safe and appropriate for you.

Medicine Tracker can also help you track prescribed regimens. These are medications taken on a schedule or with specific limits over a defined period. The schedules, limits, and reminders you configure come solely from what you enter. Medicine Tracker does not read your prescription label, query any pharmacological database, or independently verify that what you entered matches your prescription or your healthcare provider's instructions. Medicine Tracker enforces the rules you configure and reminds you of the times you set; it does not provide medical advice, evaluate drug interactions, or determine whether your prescription is correct. Consult your healthcare provider for medical guidance about your medications.

Always consult your healthcare provider. Do not use Medicine Tracker as a substitute for guidance from a licensed physician, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare professional. If you have a question about a medication, dose, schedule, or interaction, ask your healthcare provider. If anything in the app conflicts with your prescription label or your healthcare provider's instructions, follow your prescription label and your healthcare provider, not the app. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.

4. Eligibility: 18+ and United States only

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Service is not directed to, and we do not knowingly accept accounts from, persons under 18 or persons residing outside the United States. We may suspend or delete any account that we believe in good faith does not meet these requirements.

Family member records inside the Service may describe persons under 18, for example when an adult caregiver tracks a child's medications. Those records are created and managed by the adult account holder; the child does not have an account and does not interact with the Service directly. The adult account holder is responsible for ensuring they have authority (as parent, guardian, or otherwise) to enter information about the family member.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Security research safe harbor. Good-faith security research is welcome. If you are a security researcher and you (a) test only against accounts you created for the purpose of testing, never against another user's account or another user's data; (b) do not degrade the Service for other users, exceed the rate limits we publish, or otherwise interfere with availability; (c) do not access, modify, exfiltrate, or destroy any data other than your own test data; (d) limit your testing to the Medicine Tracker mobile app and our API, and respect the terms of our service providers when testing touches their infrastructure; (e) do not maintain access beyond what is needed to demonstrate the vulnerability; and (f) report your findings privately to contact@gnlelab.net and give us a reasonable opportunity (at least 90 days, or until the issue is patched, whichever is sooner) to address the issue before publishing or sharing details, then we consider your testing authorized under these Terms and we will not pursue legal action against you for it. We may update the conditions above; the version in effect when you began testing controls.

7. Your content

The family, medicine, regimen, intake, and note information you enter into the Service, together with any profile photos you add for family members, is your content. You retain ownership of it. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, and process that content solely to provide the Service to you and the caregivers you invite, to respond to support requests you initiate, and to comply with our legal obligations. You represent that you have the right to add any photo you upload, including the right to provide an image of any person you set up as a family member. This license ends when you delete the content or your account (subject to the retention rules in our Privacy Policy).

8. Our intellectual property

The Service, including the app design, the documentation, and the code, is owned by GNLE Lab LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright. The "Medicine Tracker" name and the Medicine Tracker and GNLE Lab logos are used by GNLE Lab LLC in commerce. These marks are not federally registered as of the "last updated" date at the top of these Terms; GNLE Lab LLC reserves all unregistered common-law rights in them.

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control for your personal, non-commercial use. These Terms do not grant you any right to use the GNLE Lab name, the Medicine Tracker name, or the associated logos in your own materials.

9. Subscriptions and fees

Medicine Tracker is free to use, and no paid subscription is offered at this time. A paid subscription ("Premium") may be offered in the future to unlock shared-family caregiving and other features. When a paid subscription becomes available, we will update this section before it goes live, and the in-app purchase flow will display the current price, the billing period, and what is included. Subscriptions will be billed by Apple or Google through the App Store or Google Play and will be subject to those platforms' terms; auto-renewal and cancellation are managed in your device's subscription settings. We do not store your payment method.

If you cancel a Premium subscription, your access continues through the end of the current billing period and then drops to the free tier. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period except where required by law or the platform's policies.

10. Account termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. When you do, we send a confirmation email to your account address. Clicking the link in that email completes the deletion. The link is valid for 24 hours; if you do not click within that window, the request expires and nothing is deleted. After you confirm, we permanently remove your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we have a good-faith belief that you have materially breached these Terms, that your continued use of the Service creates a legal or security risk for us or other users, or that your account no longer meets the eligibility requirements in Section 4. Where practicable and not prohibited by law, we will give you advance notice and a reasonable chance to fix the issue before we suspend or terminate your account.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GNLE LAB LLC AND ITS LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; OR THAT REMINDERS, DOSE-SAFETY WARNINGS, OR OTHER OUTPUTS OF THE SERVICE WILL BE TIMELY OR ACCURATE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL GNLE LAB LLC OR ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GNLE Lab LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party, or (d) information you submit to the Service.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the next sentence, you and we agree that the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute and waive any objection to venue in those courts. Nothing in these Terms limits either party's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email to your account address before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using the Service and delete your account.
